Elon Musk on Friday sent out an e-mail to all Tesla, advising his staff members to keep working vigilantly in the face of installing pressure from federal regulators and a crashing stock rate.

This e-mail comes less than 24 hours after the SEC took legal action against Musk for making incorrect declarations about the business, including his August claim that he had actually “moneying protected” to take Tesla personal at $420 a share. The SEC is likewise advising that Musk be disallowed from helming a public business.
Even Musk’s the majority of ardent advocates slammed him for leaving the SEC’s settlement deal. Gene Munster, a handling partner at equity capital company Loup Ventures, stated that getting rid of Musk from Tesla may be great for the business.
